Upgrade to a premium spreads or premium commission account
If you’re a new client, your account package depends on how much you first deposit. To meet the conditions for an upgrade, you’ll need to meet the trading volume requirement shown in the table below.

We offer two types of trading accounts - spread only and raw spreads with commission - and premium account packages. All our accounts have a range of benefits, including 24-hour support (available when the markets are open), and a host of advanced platform features.

^Lot size differs from product to product. Specifically, one lot is equivalent to 100,000 units for FX CFDs, 50 units for Gold CFDs and 4050 units for Silver CFDs. This applies to clients who open a Raw Spreads account.

Frequently asked questions
You don’t need to have a minimum balance to maintain an VEXI premium account. However, you will need funds in your account to open positions.
You’ll remain in the account tier for the calendar quarter in which you qualify and the next calendar quarter, for as long as you continue to meet the trading volume requirements. This means that if you continue to meet the trading volume requirement in the above table, your account benefits will continue automatically.
If you drop below the qualifying trading volume requirement, you will be moved to a lower package in the subsequent calendar quarter. We recognise that as a high-value client, you may trade in various markets and may not meet the volume requirements indicated in the table above.
Volumes start counting on the first day of the first month of each calendar quarter (1 January, 1 April, 1 July, 1 October).
